在热镀锌生产过程中,热镀锌渣的产生不可避免,不仅造成大量锌消耗的急剧增加,而且还会影响产品质量。通过对热镀锌渣生长机制、形成原因进行分析,结合邯钢实际提出了减少锌渣的控制措施及建议。锌锅中锌液铝质量分数控制在0.2%~0.3%,锌液温度波动范围为460~466℃,带钢温度维持在440~480℃。生产线速度控制在70~100m/min。通过合理优化镀锌工艺,有效减少了锌渣的生成量,节约了原材料的消耗,降低了生产成本,对改善产品质量具有重要的指导意义,可操作性较强。
In the hot-dip galvanizing production process, the production of hot dip galvanized slag is inevitable, not only causing a sharp increase in consumption of large amounts of zinc, but also affect product quality. Based on the analysis of the reasons for the growth mechanism and the formation of hot-dipped galvanized slag, the control measures and suggestions for reducing dross were put forward in combination with Handan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Zinc liquid aluminum zinc content of 0.2% ~ 0.3% mass fraction control, zinc liquid temperature fluctuation range of 460 ~ 466 ℃, strip temperature maintained at 440 ~ 480 ℃. Production line speed control at 70 ~ 100m / min. By reasonably optimizing the galvanizing process, the production of dross can be effectively reduced, the consumption of raw materials is saved, the production cost is reduced, and the improvement of product quality is of great guiding significance and operability.
