目的:探讨ICU气管插管机械通气治疗患者的脱机护理方法,提高脱机成功率。方法:回顾性分析2015年1~12月我科收治的行气管插管机械通气治疗的患者120例,给予心理护理、自主呼吸试验(SBT)护理等脱机护理措施。结果:120例患者中114例脱机成功,脱机成功率95%,6例脱机失败,6例脱机失败患者中包括呼吸衰竭4例,心力衰竭2例,均继续进行机械通气治疗。结论:做好ICU气管插管机械通气治疗患者的脱机前的心理护理、呼吸肌训练,SBT护理和病情观察等护理措施有助于提高脱机成功率,使得患者脱机后能够更好地恢复,对于疾病康复具有积极的意义。
