神经行为是动物机体的一项重要功能,神经系统支配神经行为,进而实现对机体正常活动的协调。神经行为是一项相对敏感的指标,通过测试神经行为功能变化,能够有效地评价健康危害因素对机体的作用,因此动物神经行为测试对于评价毒物毒性具有重要的意义。近年来,动物神经行为测试方法已经逐渐走向系统化、规范化,随着科学研究的不断深入,测试方法的不断优化,动物神经行为测试已经成为整体动物实验中十分重要的一个环节。基于现有的学界研究成果,本文介绍了动物神经行为测试方法的研究现状,同时对动物神经行为测试的理论基础和影响因素等问题进行了讨论。
Neurological behavior is an important function of the animal body, the nervous system dominates the behavior of the nerves, and then to achieve the normal coordination of the body. Neurobehavior is a relatively sensitive indicator. By testing the neurobehavioral changes, it can effectively evaluate the effect of health hazards on the body. Therefore, the neurobehavioral testing of animals is of great significance for the evaluation of toxicity. In recent years, animal neurobehavioral testing methods have gradually become systematic and standardized. With the continuous deepening of scientific research and the continuous optimization of testing methods, animal neurobehavioral testing has become a very important link in animal experiments in general. Based on the existing academic research results, this paper introduces the research status of animal neurobehavioral testing methods, and discusses the theoretical basis and influencing factors of animal neurobehavioral testing.
