一、基本概念在内齿轮传动系统中,小齿轮被套在内齿轮里面,地位比较紧凑,同时内齿轮本身又很自然地成为一个齿轮罩,有利于劳动保护,因此内齿轮在机械传动中的应用就逐渐广泛。但内齿轮也和外齿轮一样,有啮合干涉,而且外齿轮的啮合干涉只有一种,内齿轮则有两种,即: (1)与外齿轮同样的有轧紧或咬住干涉,可称为第一种干涉; (2)此外更有碰角的干涉,称为第二种干涉。在插制内齿轮时,插齿刀与小齿轮同样,也会产生上述两种干涉,称为切边干涉和切角干涉。由于内齿轮在传动时或插制时都会产生这两种干涉,故应在设计时预先考虑,及早防止。现分述如下。
