以杏品种李光杏 (高抗果实斑点病 )、张公园杏 (中抗 )和兰州大接杏 (感病 )嫁接苗为材料 ,从生化特性方面初步研究了杏树叶片对嗜果刀孢菌〔Clasterosp orium carpophilum (L ew) Aderh.〕的抗性。田间调查表明 ,叶片成熟度与抗病性有密切关系 ,幼叶感病 ,成熟叶或老叶较抗病。测定结果表明 :随着成熟度的提高 ,叶内可溶性蛋白质、叶绿素总量、叶绿素 a、叶绿素 b含量上升 ,但叶绿素 a与 b的比率变化无明显的规律性 ;高抗品种李光杏和中抗品种张公园杏受侵染后 15 d叶还原糖含量基本呈下降趋势 ,而感病品种兰州大接杏基本呈上升趋势 ,说明受到侵染后叶还原糖含量与抗病性呈负相关。
In order to study the effects of apricot leaves on Apocynaceae spores (Prunus armeniaca) from the aspects of biochemical characteristics, such as apricot variety Li Guangxing (high resistance fruit spot disease), Zhanggong apricot (Zhongkang) and Lanzhou Daxing apricot (susceptible) grafted seedlings Clasterosp orium carpophilum (Lew) Aderh.]. Field survey showed that leaf maturity and resistance are closely related to young leaves susceptible, mature leaves or older leaves than the disease. The results showed that the contents of soluble protein, total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b in leaves increased with the increase of maturity, but there was no obvious regularity in the ratio of chlorophyll a and b. The contents of reducing sugars in Zhang Park apricot leaf declined 15 days after inoculation, while the susceptible variety Lanzhou Daxian Xing basically showed an upward trend, indicating that there was a negative correlation between reducing sugar content and disease resistance after infection.
