目的:研究睡莲科芡属植物芡Euryale ferox Salisb.的成熟种仁芡实的化学成分。方法:对芡实95%乙醇提取物的石油醚和乙酸乙酯部位采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法分离纯化;根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从芡实中分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为:原儿茶酸(1)、没食子酸(2)、没食子酸乙酯(3)、5,7-二羟基色原酮(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)、5,7-二羟基-6,4’-二甲氧基黄酮(7)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
PURPOSE: To study the chemical composition of ripe seeds of the genus Euryale ferox Salisib. Methods: The fractions of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate of 95% ethanol extract were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as protocatechuic acid (1), gallic acid (2), ethyl gallate (3), 5,7-dihydroxychromone (4) , Β-sitosterol (5), daucoster (6), 5,7-dihydroxy-6,4’-dimethoxyflavone (7). Conclusion: The above compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
