以甘蔗渣和氯化钴为原料,通过热还原法一步、快速合成了Co/C磁性吸附材料,利用透射电镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱对所合成材料的结构和组成进行表征,同时考察了该材料对水溶液中亚甲基蓝的吸附脱除效果。结果表明,所合成材料对亚甲基蓝的吸附效果良好,在1h内对给定浓度染料的吸附率达到98%。本实验所合成材料的原料来源广泛、合成方法简便、对环境污染小有望实现大规模的制备并将在水污染处理领域发挥重要作用。
Using the bagasse and cobalt chloride as raw materials, the Co / C magnetic adsorbent was rapidly synthesized by thermal reduction method. The structure and composition of the synthesized material were characterized by transmission electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The material on the adsorption of methylene blue in aqueous solution removal effect. The results showed that the adsorption of methylene blue by the synthesized material was good, and the adsorption rate of dye at a given concentration reached 98% within 1 h. The synthesis of raw materials in this experiment a wide range of sources, the synthesis method is simple, small environmental pollution is expected to achieve large-scale preparation and will play an important role in the field of water pollution treatment.
