相对于医疗本身的改革和发展,医院文化建设并不受重视。作为一种软实力,医院文化建设无法一蹴而就,无法立竿见影,也无法一时看到效益。但是,一个没有良好医德医风的医院,即使有先进的设备、高水平的人员,也不会有长远的发展和良好的效益。以医德为中心的医院文化建设,与人民群众的感受密切相关,是关系党和政府威信的大事,也是医院提高医疗服务水平、树立窗口形象的基础。
Compared with the reform and development of medical treatment itself, the construction of hospital culture is not valued. As a kind of soft power, the construction of hospital culture can not be accomplished in one go, it can not be immediate, and it can not see the benefit in time. However, a hospital without a good medical ethics will not have long-term development and good returns even with advanced equipment and high-caliber personnel. The construction of hospital culture with medical ethics as the center is closely related to the people’s feelings. It is a major issue concerning the prestige of the party and the government. It is also the basis for hospitals to improve the level of medical services and establish a window image.
