在全面实施课程教学改革的今天,民族地区高校推广民族民间体育日益受到社会的广泛关注。文章运用文献资料调研法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑推理法,对吉首大学开展民族民间体育的实效性进行调查分析,并提出加大民族民间体育的宣传、积极营造课余民族民间体育文化氛围、及时开发整理合适的民族民间体育项目和充分利用区域资源,壮大民族民间体育教师队伍等策略,以加快吉首大学民族民间体育的发展,同时为促进全国少数民族地区高校民族民间体育的推广及发展提供参考。
In the full implementation of the reform of curriculum teaching today, colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas to promote national folk sports are increasingly widespread concern in the community. The article investigates and analyzes the actual effectiveness of national folk sports carried out by Jishou University by means of literature research, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical reasoning.
