清水混凝土施工工艺的推广应用是现代建筑工程施工技术发展的标志之一,通过框架结构建筑工程中清水混凝土施工技术的应用,人们对建筑工程质量意识不断提高。采用清水混凝土施工技术增加了主体结构的成本,但由于取消了抹灰工序,综合经济技术分析,降低了总的工程造价,缩短了工期,综合经济效益显著,具有积极的推广价值。
