目的:探讨DNA图像分析技术在评价宫颈非典型不成熟化生(AIM)生物学性质中的作用。方法:运用计算机图像分析软件测定宫颈非典型不成熟化生30例的DNA质量、非整倍体(AN)含量、DNA指数(DI),以40例良、恶性宫颈病变为对照,其中正常上皮组10例,CINⅠ组10例,CINⅢ组10例,宫颈鳞癌组10例。结果:DNA质量、非整倍体含量、DNA指数随病变严重程度的增加而升高,三者联合分析有助于评价病例的生物学性质,从30例宫颈非典型不成熟化生病例中筛选出2例,其DNA质量、非整倍体含量、DNA指数均达到CINⅢ组的均值水平,认为是高恶性潜能病例。结论:计算机分析技术方便客观,通过综合分析DNA质量、非整倍体含量和DNA指数有助于提示宫颈非典型不成熟化生病例的生物学性质,对高恶性潜能病例具有筛查作用。
Objective: To investigate the role of DNA image analysis in evaluating the biological characteristics of cervical atypical immature metaplasia (AIM). Methods: DNA quality, aneuploidy (AN) content and DNA index (DI) were measured in 30 cases of cervical atypical immature metaplasia by computer image analysis software. Forty cases of benign and malignant cervical lesions were used as control. Normal epithelium Group of 10 cases, 10 cases of CIN Ⅰ group, 10 cases of CIN Ⅲ group, 10 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Results: The DNA quality, aneuploidy and DNA index increased with the severity of the disease. The combined analysis of the three was helpful to evaluate the biological characteristics of the cases and was screened from 30 cases of cervical atypical immature metaplasia Out of two cases, the DNA quality, aneuploidy content, DNA index reached the average level of CIN Ⅲ group, that is a case of high malignant potential. CONCLUSION: The computer analysis technique is convenient and objective. Through comprehensive analysis of DNA quality, aneuploidy content and DNA index, it is helpful to reveal the biological characteristics of cervical atypical immature metaplasia and screen the patients with high malignant potential.
