随着市场竞争逐渐由单个企业间的竞争向基于供应链竞争的转变,越来越多的企业和学者开始注重供应链管理的重要性。通过多年的发展与实践,出现了大量的供应链回购契约的研究文献。本文通过研究国内供应链回购契约协调的相关文献,对供应链回购契约概况和研究热点进行了归纳与总结,并提出了供应链回购契约未来的发展趋势。
As market competition gradually shifts from competition between individual enterprises to competition based on supply chain, more and more enterprises and scholars begin to pay attention to the importance of supply chain management. Through years of development and practice, there has been a great deal of research literature on supply chain repurchase contracts. In this paper, by studying the relevant literature on domestic supply chain repurchase contract coordination, the general situation and research hotspot of supply chain repurchase contract are summarized and summarized, and the future development trend of supply chain repurchase contract is proposed.
