以菜心的两个品种:“三月青”和“青柳叶”为试验试材,利用SPAD-502叶绿素仪与丙酮乙醇混合法对其叶绿素含量进行测定,以及对测量数据进行线性、对数、乘幂和指数函数的相关性比较分析,来探究菜心叶片SPAD值与叶绿素含量之间的相关性。结果表明:不同菜心品种的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素含量以及SPAD值都各不相同。通过相关性分析,发现叶绿素含量与SPAD值均呈现显著的相关关系。由此表明,可以利用叶片SPAD值很好地反映整个植株的叶绿素含量水平,通过建立方程式就可以由SAPD值计算出叶绿素的含量。此法简便易行,并且不损害叶片,可以保留植株的完整性。
The two chlorophyll varieties: “March green” and “Aconitum” were used as test materials, and their chlorophyll content was measured by the SPAD-502 chlorophyll meter and acetone-ethanol mixture method, and the measurement data were measured Linearity, logarithm, exponential function and correlation analysis, to explore the correlation between chlorophyll content and SPAD value of Brassica campestris. Thus, it can be shown that the chlorophyll content of the whole plant can be well reflected by the leaf SPAD value, and the chlorophyll content can be calculated from the SAPD value by establishing the equation. This method is simple and does not harm the leaves, which can preserve the integrity of the plant.
