作为人类社会中的高龄人群,多年的社会实践已经形成了老年人相对丰富且稳固的社会阅历。离开职场生活的他们必然面临着此前无法想象与难以理解的各种生活境遇。梳理西方学者对于终身学习促进积极老龄化的多视角分析可以发现,为实现成功老龄化,人们需要积极融入老年学习与终身学习,也必须克服由心理、目标与环境等因素带来的影响。为此,由内在的学习需求、学习能力与团队合作等要素培育而成的终身学习实践既是实现积极老龄化的有效保障,更是对实现中国梦的积极回应。
As an elderly population in human society, many years of social practice have formed a relatively rich and steady social experience for the elderly. They must face various life situations unimaginable and difficult to understand before they leave the workplace. Combining western scholars’ multi-perspective analysis of lifelong learning to promote active aging, we can find that in order to achieve successful aging, people need to actively integrate into old age learning and lifelong learning and overcome the impact of psychological, objective and environmental factors. For this reason, lifelong learning practice, which is nurtured by intrinsic learning needs, learning ability and teamwork, is both an effective guarantee for active aging and a positive response to the realization of the Chinese dream.
