本文提出的氧化-球磨-还原法处理高比重钨合金切屑残料,能得到与它们原来的成份和性能相同的粉末和合格的再生高比重钨合金。该方法包括:1.清洗后的切屑残料在空气中于920℃下氧化煅烧;2.氧化料的球磨;3.用氢还原球磨后的氧化料;4.不经调整组分而直接压制、烧结成再生高比重钨合金。文中指出:在氧化阶段生成 WO_3,粘结剂则形成诸如 FeWO_4等钨酸盐,还原时钨与粘结剂预合金化。
The oxidation-milling-reduction method proposed in this paper treats high specific gravity tungsten scrap cuttings to obtain powders of the same composition and properties as their original counterparts and qualified regenerated high specific gravity tungsten alloys. The method comprises the following steps: 1. washing the cleaned scrap residue in air at 920 DEG C for oxidative calcination; 2. ball milling of the oxidized material; 3. reducing the oxidized material after ball milling with hydrogen; 4. pressing directly without adjusting the components , Sintered into a high proportion of tungsten alloy regeneration. It is pointed out in this paper that during the oxidation stage WO_3 is formed, the binder forms tungstates such as FeWO_4 and the tungsten is prealloyed with the binder during the reduction.
