以310S超级耐高温不锈钢无缝管的短流程工艺开发为目标,采用空心铸坯为原料通过热挤压、冷加工、固溶热处理工艺,在冷加工过程中采用自行研制特种高效润滑剂和调整固溶热处理工艺参数,管材的组织和性能达到传统热穿孔工艺水平。通过对金属铸坯热挤压制造含硅不锈钢荒管短流程工艺研究,以增加含硅不锈钢荒管强度和塑性,提高了材料的力学性能,为后续冷拨工艺生产310S超级耐高温不锈钢无缝管创造了有利条件;另外针对不锈钢特种钢1Cr25Ni20Si2的不同特点,通过对固溶热处理工艺的系统性研究,调整其固溶热处理工艺参数,产品的力学性能得到改善,使产品质量达到国际同类产品水平。
