目的了解北京肿瘤医院医护人力资源现状,为进行人力资源发展规划提供参考。方法利用该院2010年人事信息统计数据库,应用Excel软件对数据进行统计分析。结果医师学历以研究生为主,占79.53%;26岁~45岁的占75.00%:现职称结构趋于比较合理。护士中具有专科及以上学历者占79.37%,但研究生仅占1.57%;26岁~45岁的占65.38%;具有护师及以上职称者占51.05%,但具有中级、高级职称者仅占15.38%和0.70%,还没有形成合理的人才结构;非在编护士占全院护士的52.27%,比例过大。结论该院在医护人力资源配置、医护人员学历、年龄和职称结构方面均达到或符合卫生部对三级医院的有关要求,但需进一步优化医护人员职称结构,提高护理队伍整体素质,控制非在编护士比例,以不断提高医院的医疗服务能力。
Objective To understand the status quo of human resources for medical and nursing staff in Beijing Cancer Hospital and provide references for the planning of human resources development. Methods The hospital personnel information statistics database in 2010, the application of Excel software for statistical analysis of the data. Results Physician education mainly graduate students, accounting for 79.53%; 26 years old to 45 years old accounted for 75.00%: the current title structure tends to be more reasonable. Among the nurses, 79.37% have college education or above, but only 1.57% are postgraduates, 65.38% are from 26 to 45 years old, 51.05% are nurses with professional title or above, and only 15.38 have intermediate and senior titles % And 0.70% respectively, and no reasonable talent structure has been formed yet; 52.27% of non-nursing nurses are enrolled in the hospital, a large proportion. Conclusion The hospital meets or meets the requirements of the Ministry of Health for tertiary hospitals in terms of the allocation of health care human resources, the qualifications of medical staff, the age and the title structure. However, it is necessary to further optimize the title structure of medical staff and improve the overall quality of nursing staff.
