原理 接触有机氟的尿液经水解为三氟乙酸后,再以重氮甲烷酯化为三氟乙酸甲酯,继在DNP色谱柱分离后,用氢火焰离子化检定器测定。
Principle After contact with organofluorine, the urine is hydrolyzed to trifluoroacetic acid, and then diazomethane is esterified to methyl trifluoroacetate, followed by separation by DNP column and determination by hydrogen flame ionization detector.
