近年来,随着国家电网公司“大检修”体系的建设实施,国网公司对县级供电企业,在生产技改大修精益化管理方面提出了更高的要求。然而,长期粗放的经营管理方式,造成县级公司在生产技改大修专业精益化管理方面与地市级公司存在较大的差距。本文针对县级供电企业在生产技改大修专业管理过程中存在的共性问题,提出针对性的措施,以进一步规范生产技改大修项目管理,增强管理穿透力,提升项目精益化管理水平。
In recent years, with the construction and implementation of State Grid Corporation “major maintenance ” system, State Grid Corporation has put forward higher requirements on the county-level power supply enterprises in terms of lean management of technical renovation and overhaul. However, the extensive and long-term operation and management methods have caused the county-level companies to have a big gap with prefecture-level companies in the lean management of production, technical innovation and overhaul. This article aims at the common problems existing in the county-level power supply enterprises in the professional management of production, technical innovation and overhaul, and puts forward specific measures to further standardize the management of production technical renovation and overhauls, enhance the management penetration and enhance the lean management level of the project.
