2017年11月14日,中国知识产权研究会第七次全国代表大会在北京召开。中共国家知识产权局党组书记、局长申长雨出席会议并讲话。他指出,此次大会是知识产权系统深入学习贯彻党的十九大精神,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引,共商知识产权学术研究大计,共话知识产权事业改革发展的一次盛会,希望中国知识产权研究会以此次换届为新的起点,全方位提高知识产权研究水平,繁荣知识产权学术,加快知识产权强国建设。本次会议开幕式由国家知识产权局副局长甘绍宁主持。国家工商行政管理总局、国家版权局、最高人民法院等单位有关负责人出席会议并致辞。
On November 14, 2017, the 7th National Congress of China Intellectual Property Research Association was held in Beijing. Shen Changyu, party secretary and director of the State Intellectual Property Office of the CPC, attended the meeting and made a speech. He pointed out: This conference is the grand gathering of the intellectual property system to thoroughly study and implement the 19th CPC National Congress’s spirit, take the new era of Xi Jinping’s socialism with Chinese characteristics as a guideline, discuss intellectual property academic research plans, and then talk about the reform and development of intellectual property. It is hoped that with the current general election as a new starting point, China Institute of Intellectual Property Research will improve all aspects of intellectual property research, prosper academic knowledge of intellectual property and speed up the building of a powerful nation in intellectual property. The opening ceremony was chaired by Gan Shaoning, deputy director of the State Intellectual Property Office. State Administration for Industry and Commerce, State Copyright Bureau, Supreme People’s Court and other units attended the meeting and delivered speeches.
