区别于国外职业教育提出的“工作过程导向”视角,工作过程系统化视角是基于课程开发的有序、整体及生成,从职业需求和教育需要两个维度上进行整体设计,系统地开发出能够同时遵循职业成长和理论认知学习两个规律的教育逻辑路线。在课程设计上在考虑课程内容选择的同时也要注重课程内容的排序,将工作过程作为知识应用的参照系,实现工作过程系统化课程开发在现代职业教育教学理念在实践教学中的应用,以期提高学生的就业创业能力。
