对采用双离合切换式换挡材DCT车辆而言,两个离合器的分离接合对换挡品质有重要的影响.为了实现DCT快速平顺的换挡过程控制,文章提出将换挡过程中的力矩相和惯性相作为一个整体进行优化控制,同时考虑换挡过程中发动机节气门配合的控制策略.考虑到传动系统的高度非线性和不确定性,采用数据驱动预测控制方法进行控制器设计.在进行控制器的设计时,首先针对离合器的动作设计了充分激励信号,然后根据该激励数据及在该激励数据作用下系统的输出响应利用子空间辨识的方法构造了Hankel矩阵,进而利用最小二乘法求解出被控对象的数据预测方程,依据换挡品质评价指标选取反映换挡快速性与平顺性的车辆冲击度和离合器转速差作为目标函数,考虑到换挡执行机构的响应能力的约束,进而将换挡过程闭环控制问题转化为反复开环求解使目标函数值最小的控制输入的优化问题,最后进行了离线仿真实验,验证了控制器的合理性和有效性.
