水利部农村水利水土保持司司长丁泽民、水土保持治理处处长段巧甫同志,于1990年2月26日至3月5日在福建检查农田水利与水土保持工作。在水土保持工作方面,丁司长等对我省七个地(市)的部分县、乡、村进行了调查研究,考察了20多个不同类型的水土流失治理示范点(片),参观了南安、长汀、宁化三县的水土保持试验站,以及闽西部分矿区和闽南部分采石场的水土保持现场。丁司长等肯定了我省水土保持工作取得的成绩,同时指出存在的问题,并提出了今后工作进一步的要求和希望。
Duan Zemin, director of the Rural Water Conservancy and Soil and Water Conservation Department of the Ministry of Water Resources, and Duan Qiaofu, director of the Soil and Water Conservation Administration, inspected farmland water conservancy and soil and water conservation work in Fujian from February 26 to March 5, 1990. In terms of soil and water conservation work, Director Ding conducted a survey on some counties, townships and villages in the seven prefectures and cities of the province, examined more than 20 demonstration sites (pieces) of different types of soil and water loss governance and visited Nan’an, Changting, Ninghua three counties of soil and water conservation pilot stations, as well as part of the western Fujian Minnan and part of the quarry soil and water conservation site. Secretary Ding and other affirmed the achievements of soil and water conservation work in our province, pointed out the existing problems and put forward further requirements and hopes for future work.
