为了提高黑木耳的选种效率,利用TTC-脱氢酶还原法检测黑木耳菌丝活力,并利用液体深层培养和栽培试验进行验证。结果表明:TTC试验结论与液体深层培养试验和栽培试验结论一致,试验表明M10菌株细胞活力最强,M14菌株细胞活力最弱,证明了TTC试验结论的可靠性,此方法可在室内快速检测黑木耳菌丝活力。
In order to improve the selection efficiency of black fungus, the mycelial activity of Auricularia aurora was detected by TTC-dehydrogenase reduction method and verified by liquid deep culture and cultivation experiments. The results showed that the conclusions of TTC test were consistent with the results of liquid deep culture and cultivation experiments. The results showed that M10 strain had the strongest cell viability and M14 strain had the weakest cell viability, which proved the reliability of TTC test conclusion. This method can detect black Fungus fungus vitality.
