针对山东金沃新材料公司原有的1台2.5 t/h燃煤导热油锅炉存在运行成本高、烟气排放不达标、锅炉热效率低等问题,河海新能源公司应用自主研发的等离子气化炉,通过等离子技术进行改造;改造后锅炉年运行成本降低了195万元,SO2含量由1 000 mg/m~3降低到0.5 mg/m~3,NO_x含量由300 mg/m~3降低到35 mg/m~3,粉尘含量由2 500 mg/m~3降低到1mg/m~3,取得了良好的经济效益和节能效果。
