用实验的方法研究了发动机涡轮叶片内部带肋回转通道壁面的换热特性.用瞬态液晶测量方法测量了整个叶片内部三个通道的全表面换热分布.研究了不同的气流雷诺数情况下和三个出口不同的出流比情况下对换热的影响.结果表明:在相同的出流比情况下,通道的平均努塞尔数随着入口雷诺数的增加而增大;在实验范围内,当进口雷诺数一定的情况下,三个出口出流比例为0%,75%和25%时整个通道的平均换热最强;在弯道处布置放射状的肋片,能够非常好地增强换热.
The heat transfer characteristics of the wall of the ribbed swirling passage inside the turbine blade were experimentally studied.The total surface heat transfer distribution of the three channels in the whole blade was measured by the transient liquid crystal method.The effects of different Reynolds number The results show that the average Nusselt number increases with the inlet Reynolds number at the same outflow ratio.
