为了提高综采工作面的数字化和自动化水平,为了实现今后工作面的无人化开采,采煤机位置的实时、动态监测显得尤为重要。通过比较国内采煤机监测的几种方法,提出了基于红外测距技术的采煤机位置监测系统。阐述了红外测距技术的原理,介绍了系统的整体设计方案,对系统设备的安装进行描述,并选取了光纤作为通信方式,最后,对系统的抗干扰设计进行了探讨。
In order to improve the digitization and automation level of fully mechanized face, in order to realize the unmanned mining in the future, the real-time and dynamic monitoring of the position of the shearer becomes more and more important. By comparing several methods of domestic shearer monitoring, a position monitoring system of shearer based on infrared ranging technology is proposed. The principle of infrared ranging technology is introduced, the overall design scheme of the system is introduced, the installation of the system equipment is described, and the optical fiber is selected as the communication method. Finally, the anti-interference design of the system is discussed.
