中国加入WTO世贸组织15年来,我国经济发生本质的变化,经济增长保持飞速发展,极大地提升了我国的综合国力,人民群众生活得到较大改善,国民文化和素质水平不断提高。在全球经济运行的新常态下,国际政治、经济、文化格局发生重大变化,我国的外贸发展面临巨大的压力。为了加快与国际接轨的进程,破解国内发展单一的迷局,更多的国内企业通过海外发展力求在经营上扩大市场份额,增加直面国际市场竞争的机会,寻找新的经济增长点和经济发展新的奶酪。本文围绕海外经营和国际贸易风险转移的新动向,提出改善经营环境和贸易发展的风险防控措施。
