企业文化在我国的发展源远流长,把企业文化和人力资源管理相融合,这是我国企业人力资源管理发展的一个必由之路。笔者认为,我们要实现企业文化和人力资源管理相融合,必须要对先进优越的企业文化条件加以利用,挖掘、学习现在一些企业中的优秀企业文化,探索出一条符合自身实际的企业文化和人力资源管理融合的渠道。笔者着手于当前企业文化建设中的人力资源管理应注意的问题,并提出了建议与对策。
The development of corporate culture in our country has a long history, the integration of corporate culture and human resources management, which is the development of human resources management in our country a necessary way.
