在浦城县南浦溪沿岸发现一种危害多种作物与杂草的植物根结线虫。根据资料,根结线虫是植物寄生线虫的一个属。到目前为止,已知该属有十三个种,在我国发现的已有四个种。如有引起黄蔴、红蔴、桑树发生根结线虫病的Meloidogyne incognita;引起花生发生根绪线虫病的Meloidogyne hapia,及Meloidogyne arenaria;引起甘薯发生根结线虫病的Meloidogyne incognita Varacrita。对浦城南浦溪查到的根结线虫,采用“会阴花纹”显现法进行种的鉴定,其弓纹较低,背面扁平,侧线上无明显沟纹,只有近尾瑞部的侧线上毗连许多短纹,应属于 A plant root-knot nematode that harms many crops and weeds has been found along the coast of Nanpu Creek, Pucheng County.
