本文研究社会网络对企业女性中高层管理者职业成功的影响,发现网络异质性对企业女性中高层管理者职业成功有正向影响,网络规模和关系强度则有部分正向影响,网络密度对企业女性中高层管理者职业成功有负向影响。同时,宜人性在社会网络对企业女性中高层管理者职业成功的影响中起到了部分调节作用。
This paper studies the impact of social networks on the career success of middle and senior managers in corporate women. It finds that the network heterogeneity has a positive impact on the career success of mid-level and senior managers. The network size and the strength of the relationship have some positive effects. The success of senior management in corporate women has a negative impact. At the same time, pleasantness plays a partial regulatory role in the influence of social networks on the career success of middle-level managers in corporate women.
