动物实验表明:锰虽能致大鼠、家兔睾丸曲细精管损害,造成生精细胞变性和缺失,但不引起睾丸血管损害。在睾丸形态学改变之前即已发生组织生化改变,主要是曲细樯管的酶系统。锰能使实验动物和男工出现性功能障碍。本文就锰的雄性生殖毒性机制进行了讨沦。
Animal experiments show that although manganese can cause damage to rat and rabbit testicular seminiferous tubules, resulting in degeneration and deletion of spermatogenic cells, but does not cause testicular vascular damage. Biochemical changes have taken place in the testicular morphology before the change, mainly curved tube of the enzyme system. Manganese can cause sexual dysfunction in laboratory animals and men. This article discusses the mechanism of male reproductive toxicity of manganese.
