放射性核素心室造影是一种无创性评价冠心病患者心室局部和整体收缩功能的方法。患者无痛苦且可短期内重复。本法能准确地显示心室的节段性室壁运动,对室壁瘤的诊断有较大价值。国内迄今尚未见本法与X线左室造影和冠状动脉造影资料详细对比的报道。本文总结经X线冠状动脉及左室造影或手术确诊的39例患者放射性核素心室造影检查结果。
Radionuclide ventriculography is a noninvasive method of assessing regional and global ventricular systolic function in patients with coronary heart disease. The patient is painless and can repeat shortly. This method can accurately show the ventricular segmental wall movement, the diagnosis of aneurysms have great value. So far, no reference has been made to the detailed comparison between this method and X-ray left ventricular angiography and coronary angiography. This article summarizes the findings of radionuclide ventriculography in 39 patients confirmed by X-ray coronary artery and left ventricle angiography or surgery.
