在我国社会主义市场经济建设中,不正当竞争现象还带有经济体制转轨这一特定历史时期的印记。目前,我国现有法律对不正当竞争的规制,存在着许多不足之处。对不正当竞争的规制应加强研究,强化对不正当竞争的制裁措施,鼓励公平竞争,为社会主义市场经济提供良好的竞争环境。
In our country’s socialist market economy, unfair competition also carries the imprint of a particular historical period when the economic system is transformed. At present, there are many shortcomings in the existing laws of our country on the regulation of unfair competition. The regulation of unfair competition should strengthen research, strengthen sanctions against unfair competition, encourage fair competition and provide a favorable competitive environment for the socialist market economy.
