以鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂四工区“铁水喷吹法脱硫→260 t顶底复吹转炉冶炼→挡渣出钢→RH-TB真空精炼→中厚板坯连铸”生产IF钢的工艺路线为研究对象,着重讨论了转炉冶炼、RH真空精炼和连铸3个关键工艺环节,从钢水T.O含量控制、RH升温控制、保护浇铸和浇铸过程稳定性控制等方面分析和提出了提高IF钢洁净度的措施,在改进IF钢洁净度、降低钢中夹杂物含量、提高成材率方面取得了良好的效果。
In the Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Steel Works Plant Area “hot metal injection desulfurization 260t top and bottom blowing converter smelting slag slag removal RH-TB vacuum refining ” The process route is taken as the research object, the key process steps of converter smelting, RH vacuum refining and continuous casting are discussed emphatically. The aspects of TO content control, RH temperature rise control, stability control of protection casting and casting process are analyzed and proposed IF steel cleanliness measures, in improving the cleanliness of IF steel, reduce the content of inclusions in steel, improve the yield rate achieved good results.
