Objective To evaluate the effects of PBDE-47 on the neurobehavioral development of small fish, Japanese medaka. Methods The first day after the catkins were cultured, PBDE-47 exposed group (50, 150, 450 and 1350 ng / L), blank control group and solvent control group were randomly divided into five groups: Shock response, eye movement response (OKR), visual acuity (OMR), backlight response (DLR), and plumpness were measured at 10 and 60 days, respectively. Results In addition to the highest dose of juvenile fish mortality increased, the rest of the treatment group general developmental indicators no significant difference; each group plumpness of 0.916 ~ 1.042. Juvenile shock reaction and hedge-reaction-positive rate showed a dose-dependent decline. Compared with the control group, the response time of OMR and DLR in the higher concentration group was significantly longer, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01), but the OKR index in each group had no significant change. CONCLUSION PBDE-47 inhibits the perception-behavior coordination ability of early juveniles during development, and its mechanism is related to the effect of PBDE on endocrine disruption.
