为了提升系统运行经济性,有必要在月度时间跨度上优化机组组合方案,并与日前、日内调度计划方案配合,制定更优的调度计划。结合江苏电网月度机组组合系统的建设,阐述了月度机组组合与日前、日内调度计划之间的配合关系,设计了月度机组组合系统的框架结构和计算流程,探讨了江苏电网月度机组组合系统的优点。江苏电网应用结果表明,月度机组组合系统能够有效优化机组启停方案,提升调度计划的精细化水平。
