针对工程机械挖掘机、装载机斗齿材料的工矿条件和高强度、高硬度、高韧性和良好耐磨性的性能要求,在充分研究及生产耐磨材料实践的基础上,开发了一种新型低碳高强度铸钢斗齿材料,结果表明:采用新材料热处理C、N共渗淬火﹢低温回火处理后,表面组织为回火针状马氏体+少量残奥,基体组织为回火板条马氏体,其强度≥1500 MPa,硬度HRC48-52,冲击韧性≥55J/CM2,具有高强度、高硬度及良好的冲击韧性、优异的耐磨性能,使用寿命与国外先进斗齿相当。
