为搞好第三批先进性教育活动, 作为东乡族自治县先进性教育活动的第一责任人,在活动开展之初,我来到自己的联系点——春台乡和岘村,采取召开座谈会,实地查访和入户走访等方式,与党员群众面对面谈心,心对心交流,对该村先进性教育活动的开展和党建工作情况进行了调研。春台乡和岘村是一个东乡族自治县西部的贫困山村。该村有党员20 人,平均年龄59岁,文盲党员15人, 外出打工的流动党员6人,绝大部分党员生活困难,其中生活特别困难的贫困党员6人。通过调查发现,和岘村开展先进性教育活动主要面临以下困难和问题:一是大部分党员文化素质偏低,不具备撰写学习笔记和心得体会的能力。二是村党支部成员和党员年龄老
