本文介绍了岭回归分析法测定速效伤风胶囊中两个组分含量的原理。结果表明该法简便、快速、准确。扑热息痛和咖啡因的回收率分别为100.0%～100.7%和99.4～100.5%,变异系数分别为0.25%和0.39%. This paper introduces the principle of Ridge Regression Analysis to determine the content of two components in instant Xiaokeng capsule. The results show that the method is simple, fast and accurate. The recoveries of paracetamol and caffeine were 100.0% ~ 100.7% and 99.4 ~ 100.5%, respectively, and the coefficients of variation were 0.25% and 0.39%, respectively.
