目前,我国出版机构大多实行的是“事业单位企业化管理”体制,即使已转企改制的,也还有很多在延续事业单位的管理模式和发展模式。出版活动作为一项市场经营活动,运行效益是衡量其成功与否的重要标志。特别是现代出版业的运行,是在市场环境下实现的,整个社会经济体制的市场化,使出版业别无选择地走上了市场化道路。
