伴随着社会经济的飞速发展与人们物质生活水平的不断提高,以旅游产业为主导的酒店行业竞争呈现出愈发激烈的态势。现代企业的发展,需要依赖于核心竞争力的提升,然而所有行业企业的核心竞争力都已经在当前成为了以人力资源为核心的决定性要素,人力资源团队建设的质量,又在很大程度上取决于员工的职场竞争力,酒店行业亦是如此。唯有全面提高酒店员工的职场竞争力,才能在酒店内部创设良好的家风文化,不断推动酒店业朝向可持续发展方向前进。本文将立足于此,从酒店员工家风创设的视角,浅谈员工职场竞争力的构建策略,旨在为更多酒店乃至其他行业企业进一步增强企业文化并提升企业核心竞争力提供些许的参考。
