目的:分析阿奇霉素与羚贝止咳糖浆联合治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的安全性和有效性,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:选择我院2014年9月至2015年12月收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿84例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各42例,对照组给予静脉滴注阿奇霉素治疗,观察组给予阿奇霉素联合羚贝止咳糖浆治疗,分析两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:观察组患儿治疗痊愈率(52.4%)和总有效率(97.6%)显著高于对照组的痊愈率(23.8%)和总有效率(81.0%)。治疗前两组患儿干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素(IL)水平无明显差异,治疗后观察组IFN-γ、IL-2水平分别为(40.56±6.19)pg/m L、(29.69±4.15)pg/m L,高于对照组的(26.58±3.57)pg/m L、(21.64±2.37)pg/m L(P<0.05),治疗后观察组IL-4、IL-6水平分别为(35.26±4.19)pg/m L、(49.51±6.62)pg/m L,低于对照组的(56.75±6.37)pg/m L、(59.61±7.23)pg/m L(P<0.05)。观察组患儿咳嗽、发热、肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素联合羚贝止咳糖浆治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎,能够提高治疗效果,同时缩短治疗时间。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the safety and efficacy of azithromycin and Lingbeng cough syrup in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, and provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods: Eighty-four children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted in our hospital from September 2014 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intravenous azithromycin, and the observation group Azithromycin was given to the antelope cough syrup treatment, analysis of the treatment of children with two groups. Results: The cure rate (52.4%) and total effective rate (97.6%) in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (23.8%) and total effective rate (81.0%). The levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 in the two groups before treatment were not significantly different. After treatment, the levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 in the observation group were (40.56 ± 6.19) pg / m L , (29.69 ± 4.15) pg / m L higher than those in the control group (26.58 ± 3.57 pg / m L, 21.64 ± 2.37 pg / m L, respectively -6 were significantly lower than those in the control group (35.26 ± 4.19 pg / m L, (49.51 ± 6.62) pg / m L, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (56.75 ± 6.37 pg / m L, 59.61 ± 7.23 pg / m L P <0.05). Children in observation group had shorter cough, fever and disappearance of pulmonary rales than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Azithromycin combined with Antelope cough syrup treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia, can improve the therapeutic effect, while reducing the treatment time.
