针对0—5年教龄青年体育教师动作示范与模拟上课技能比较薄弱的现状,徐汇区教师进修学院体育教研室借助“青年体育教师人人达标”平台,以任务为驱动,以需求为导向,开展了“区校联动,校际联动,教研联动”的研修活动,使教师的动作示范更正确与优美,对模拟上课也有更深的体会,做到了精讲多练、教学设计合理、队伍调动有序、能正确把握教材的重难点等,切实提高了青年体育教师的专业技能水平。
In view of the present situation that 0-5 year-old young PE teachers’ action demonstration and simulation class skills are weak, the physical education department of Xuhui District Teachers Training College takes the task as the driving force and needs-oriented as the platform, Undertook the training activities of “school-district linkage, inter-school linkage and teaching-research linkage” to make the teacher’s demonstration of movement more correct and beautiful, and have a deeper understanding of the simulation class.
