目的观察衍生颗粒对去势雄性大鼠性功能及性器官生长发育的影响。方法采用去势动物模型,测定阴茎勃起潜伏期、勃起持续时间、包皮腺、前列腺、精囊腺、提肛肌等性器官重量,观察衍生颗粒对去势雄性大鼠性功能及性器官生长发育的影响。结果衍生颗粒大剂量组可以缩短去势雄性大鼠阴茎勃起潜伏时间,延长勃起持续时间,中剂量组及小剂量组对去势雄性大鼠的阴茎勃起时间则无显著影响。衍生颗粒各剂量组对去势雄性大鼠的性腺均未见显著影响。结论衍生颗粒可以缩短去势雄性大鼠阴茎勃起的潜伏期,延长勃起持续时间,但对性腺无显著影响。本实验结果为其临床应用提供了实验依据。
Objective To observe the effect of Derived Granules on sexual function and sexual organ growth in castrated male rats. Methods The castrated animal models were used to determine the erectile latency, erection duration, the weight of the preputial gland, the prostate, the seminal vesicle and the levator ani, and the effects of the derived granules on the sexual function and the growth and development of sexual organs in ovariectomized male rats. Results Derived granules of high-dose group can shorten the erectile latency of castrated male rats to extend the duration of erection, the middle dose group and low dose group had no significant effect on penile erection time in ovariectomized male rats. Derived granules of each dose group on ovariectomized male rats had no significant effect on the gonads. Conclusion Derived granules can shorten the erectile latency of emasculated male rats and extend the duration of erection, but have no significant effect on gonads. The experimental results provide experimental evidence for its clinical application.
