随着社会的大发展,我国在政治、经济、科技等很多领域都面临着很多机遇与挑战。使得党在各项事业中的领导作用越来越重要,作为人才培养基地的高校,学习型党组织建设显得尤为重要,而只有是建设管理信息化才能改变传统管理模式,适应社会的不断发展,培养出更多合格优秀的党员后备力量。本文旨在对于高校学习型党组织建设以及信息化方面做出几点思考。
With the great development of our society, our country faces many opportunities and challenges in many fields such as politics, economy, science and technology. Making the party’s leading role in various undertakings more and more important. It is particularly important for colleges and universities that are personnel training bases to build learning-type party organizations. Only by building management informationization can we change the traditional management mode and adapt to the continuous development of the society, Cultivate more qualified outstanding party members reserve force. This article aims to make some thinking on the construction of college-based learning party organizations and information technology.
