为了解界面处理类型、水泥复合砂浆及混凝土的强度等级这三个因素对水泥复合砂浆和混凝土粘结性能的影响,对高性能水泥复合砂浆与混凝土粘结形成的标准试块进行劈拉试验。结果表明,随着混凝土强度和高性能水泥复合砂浆强度的提高,粘结劈拉强度随之提高,但粘结劈拉强度与它们的比值却随之下降,界面处理形成适当的粗糙度有助于粘结性能的改善。水泥复合砂浆强度对劈拉强度的影响高度显著,界面处理类型一般显著,混凝土强度极不显著。基于此,建立劈拉强度与砂浆强度的关系模型并引入混凝土强度因素对其进行修正,通过验证表明,试验数据与计算结果吻合良好。
In order to understand the effect of interface treatment type, cement composite mortar and concrete strength grade on the bonding performance of cement mortar and concrete, the splitting tensile test was carried out on the standard test block formed by bonding high performance cement mortar and concrete. The results show that the experimental data are in good agreement with the calculated results.
