目的 调查中小学生学习障碍者的家庭环境、教育、父母文化、临床特点及短期治疗效果 ,探讨防治办法。结果 父母关系紧张或离婚的 2 7.42 % ,父母教育子女态度不一致的38.71 % ,父母中小学文化占 74.1 9% ,79.0 3%的儿童有心理问题 ,不良学习行为以注意力不集中( 72 .58% )为多 ;35例接受短期心理和药物治疗 ,40 .0 %疗后学习成绩均分提高 2 0 %以上。结论 改善家庭环境和父母家庭教育方法 ,提高父母文化水平 ,及早防治儿童的心理问题 ,学校老师应加强素质教育 ,认真开展心理和药物治疗 ,进行综合干预有利于防治学习障碍。
Objective To investigate the family environment, education, parental culture, clinical features and short-term treatment effects of primary and secondary school students with learning disabilities and to explore ways of prevention and treatment. Results: 2 7.42% of tense or divorced parents, 38.71% of parents with different educational attitudes, 74.1% of primary and secondary school parents, 79.0% of children with psychiatric problems, and poor learning behaviors with inattention (72.58 %) As much; 35 cases received short-term psychological and drug treatment, 40.0% after treatment, the average score increased more than 20%. Conclusion To improve the family environment and parents ’family education methods, raise the parents’ cultural level and prevent and cure the psychological problems of the children as soon as possible, the schoolteachers should strengthen the quality education, carry out the psychology and drug therapy conscientiously, and carry out the comprehensive intervention to prevent and cure the learning disabilities.
