目的研究参芪扶正注射液对骨髓的保护作用并对其机制进行初步探讨。方法60例急性白血病强化治疗患者随机分成二组,均以DA方案强化治疗,其中治疗组同时使用参芪扶正注射液250mL/d,共7d,对照组单用化疗,两组其他支持治疗相同,治疗前后分别测定血常规,CD4,CD8,NK细胞及骨髓象。结果治疗组化疗后外周血WBC计数高于对照组P<0.05,CD4,CD8两组治疗前后比较无统计学意义。NK细胞治疗组化疗后明显高于对照组P<0.05。结论参芪扶正注射液具有骨髓保护作用,其机制可能为影响机体免疫功能,同时直接刺激骨髓造血。
Objective To study the protective effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on bone marrow and to explore its mechanism. Methods Sixty patients with acute leukemia were randomly divided into two groups. All of them were treated with DA regimen. The patients in the treatment group received Shenqi Fuzheng Injection 250mL / d for 7 days. The control group received chemotherapy alone and the other two groups were the same. Before and after treatment were determined blood, CD4, CD8, NK cells and bone marrow. Results The WBC count of peripheral blood in the treatment group after chemotherapy was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after the treatment of CD4 and CD8. NK cell therapy group after chemotherapy was significantly higher than the control group P <0.05. Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng injection has myeloprotective effect, its mechanism may affect the body’s immune function, while directly stimulating bone marrow hematopoiesis.
