本文用薄层色谱法及紫外光谱法对白前及其混淆品老瓜头Cynanchum Komarovii的根茎及根进行鉴别研究,结果可资区别。
In this paper, thin-layer chromatography and ultraviolet spectroscopy were used to discriminate rhizomes and roots of Cynanchum Komarovii, a preharvest strain and the old melon head, and the results could be distinguished.
